Awesome place, staff truly cares about the customers.
I gave them a two becaus I appreciate the work they did. We took our 5th wheel in for some minor maintenance upkeep and to repair a jack that I ruined. All of that work was done to my satifaction. I went to pick up my unit, unfortunately the auto level would not work. I used it when I dropped it off, they used it when they moved it around their lot. They tried to fix it while I was there but it did not work. I left the unit with them to figure it out. I returned a few day later, it was fixed and they wanted $200. My issue is it worked when I left it, they used it now it does not work. Where does this become my cost. If they would have even offered to split it I would have been satisfied. Their opinion is it is my unit it is my problem.
Anyway, take your chance with these guys
All the needs for your rv in one stop, friendly and helpful staff! Have been taken my RV to Coulee for years and have no complaints. Fix only what needs fixing or what you ask them to. I have no complaints on the work they do, also excellent. Ready when they tell you it will be ready. They will work with you!
It is a great place to buy a camper, however our length of time spent there waiting pick up our purchase was too long. Once we signed the papers we were not longer a priority.
The gentleman that actually worked on my unit was great, the guy who sold me my new hitch was great, the person I dealt with on this was not.
Great customer service. Was able to fit in a 5 minutes fix on the water heater amongst their other work.
