I recently changed to Allen Dental and was treated like I was "Queen for a Day" at my first appointment. Though I learned I needed to have a crown I left with a clear action plan and feel better knowing I can have the whole procedure done in one day. No temporary crown and no second visit!
My family has been going to Allen Dental for many years and we have always had excellent service and friendly staff experiences. Today was no different. I was dreading going in for two fillings as the novocaine has always been an issue for me. Dr. Allen said we could try without novocaine and he would go slow and check with me to see how I was doing. There were a couple of "oh no" moments where I felt some pain, but he talked me through it and everything went quickly and almost painless! I'm so thankful for his skill and wisdom in making things go as smoothly as possible.
Extremely disappointed in Allen dental and their lack of customer service. The front desk receptionist was very rude to me. They won't make time for me for an emergency. My front tooth crown was knocked out and completely broken and I need a new crown and they won't make time to squeeze me in for over a week. I'm embarrassed with only a stub showing on my front tooth and was told by Dr allen on Friday that they could for sure get me in and make me a new crown on Monday. However, when calling on Monday they stated they were full and can't see me for over a week. I can't believe they lied to me and the front desk girl was very rude on the phone. DO NOT GO TO ALLEN DENTAL! They are money hungry and extremely over priced. For the amount they have charged me, I deserve to be treated with respect and not rude to me! From $1600 a crown you would think they would fit me in! How would they feel with a stub on their front tooth for over a week!? I'm shocked at the way the receptionist spoke to me!
We are so glad we switched to Allen Dental. They provide the perfect balance of relaxed fun and professionalism. Ami and Jenni are at the top of their profession. Everyone up front was so kind and thorough. An amazing first appt.
