The second time, only three months later, I was hit (and run) at a parking lot in Onalaska. I called the body shop and they helped coordinate a flatbed truck to take my car to the shop. They had a loaner ready to go and set out to repair much of the front-end. Again, everything went as smooth as can be expected. The staff was courteous (and remembered me, unfortunately).
FYI they have their detailed writing estimates who has no collision experience but knows how to clean your car!
They must scam insurance companies because they cannot prove they did an alignment when my insurance company paid for it. It's pretty sad when you go there to follow up with them and you see the manager Kari leave out the back door because she saw you coming and doesn't have the decency to call you back.
Each time, they did fantastic work. You cannot tell that the rear or right side have been repaired several years after the car was made. I'd easily recommend Bodies by Brenengen to anyone who is looking for good body work on their car.
I've had some serious body work done on my Cadillac at Bodies by Brenengen. Each time, they were easy to work with and I am very happy with the work done. The first time, I was rear-ended by a pickup truck and much of the trunk and rear end needed to be replaced. They provided a loaner car and handled all of the insurance issues.
I've had a few issues fixed here. The staff is always professional and understanding. Their work is great, and I'm super picky!
