(Update 12.2.17 ) been about 3 1/2 weeks not even a month and yet again a problem that could of been prevented cost me 200+ $ did not go to brannigans to get it fixed trusted friend of the family. Transmission oil leak could of been caught at brannigans. Left untreated my transmission would of gave out. I told them 3 1/2 weeks ago I had a leak coming from the passenger side they said it was the air conditioning leaking normal. But they replace wireing that was ripped under car as stated above to fix my check engine light. Was there for about 3hours. my family mechanic diagnosed the problem in less then 30min and fixed it in 1hour ......
I was very happy with the service I received. I went to have a vale stem replace in a tire. they found a nail and patch the tire. they were fast service, freindly staff. at a very reasonable price. dawn herold
They were very helpful fitting me in with a check engine light. I didn’t have to wait very long to get results and recommendations! Brenegen’s has very courteous staff in the service department!
Charged 112$ just to get the car looked at this is the 3rd time comeing in to get it fixed in 3months all different problems in the time I’ve owned it .... I’m starting to think they don’t inspect there pre used cars before selling them I’m really annoyed at this point.... horrible michanics. Problem I have are ripped wires under my car, all of which I think started when I got a oil change and got the fuel pump replaced at this location. Total today 243$+ let’s see how many more problems I’ll have in the next 3 years to get it paid off ..... I also own a Hyundai Veloster which has also had problem but I I’ve never had to pay a single penny for the problems even for them to look at the car. If your buying a preused car from this dealer don’t. if anyone looking for a car recommend Daul Hyundai of lacrosse they treat you fair better that’s where I bought my Veloster
My silverado broke down the day after Thanksgiving and I was from out of town. I called them for assistance. They came right away to tow my vehicle to the dealership.
